At the time Elizabeth gave me my massage I had been suffering from a headache that was severe and making me nauseous. She started on my back and shoulders and I could feel the muscles relaxing. By the end my headache was gone and i felt much better. The following day I was no longer nauseous and since then I have not had the headache return.
