Elizabeth Griffiths 

Elizabeth is a Certified Reflexologist and Certified massage practitioner. She has been practicing since 2005. After becoming a Reflexologist she studied at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and continues to upgrade her skills by taking advanced courses in massage and reflexology. Elizabeth is also trained in Vertical Reflex Therapy a advanced Reflexology technique. This technique promotes natural mobility while working all the traditional reflex points. For several years she has provided Reflexology for the Friends for Life Society, giving of her time and learning a great deal in return.

Elizabeth was born in Vancouver and grew up in New Westminster. She attended Emily Carr School of Art and Design for six years with a Diploma in painting in 1980. She has regular shows of her landscape art and hopes some day to combine her two passions in one location. You can view some of her art work here:  e.g. Fine Art

She has worked as a commercial artist in digital imaging and works for the City of Vancouver in the Civic Theatres.
